The CUV-8110 is designed to be placed outside the pond and the water is pumped through it. The water passes by the UV-C lamp, which destroys bacteria and algae. The stainless steel housing helps to increase the sterilizing effect and protect the lamp. The unit also includes universal hose connections.

The CUV-8 series sterilizers are made of high-strength steel which increases both sterilization capacity and resistance to water pressure (up to 1 bar)
